“Corey Barnes is the visionary founder of the Cosmopolitan Pageantry System, launched in 2015 to celebrate and elevate both male entertainment and female impersonation. Drawing from 17 years of experience as former titleholder Shanyce Iman Simpson—reigning as Gateway City, Missouri State, and Kansas Black Pride—Corey created a platform rooted in excellence, authenticity, and representation. Outside of pageantry, he brings over 20 years of expertise in real estate and student housing. Known for his no-nonsense honesty and passion for empowering others, Corey’s guiding principle remains: your word is bond—always do the right thing.”

“Levi Arnold III, based in St. Louis, is in his second year as promoter for the Cosmopolitan Pageantry System. A lifelong pageant enthusiast, Levi comes from a legacy of excellence—son of Shayla Simpson (Miss National Entertainer of the Year 1993), grandson of Desiree DeMornay, and brother of Savion Simpson. With nearly two decades alongside his husband Joseph, Levi is leading a bold rebrand of the Cosmo system, focused on elevating creative expression for both male and female impersonators..”
